Refund policy

As all of our prints are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll help sort it! Just make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at deddgudd@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Just so you know: slight colour variations may occur between screens and your actual print — this isn't considered a fault.

Delivery issues: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please drop us a message and we'll investigate for you.
